The regulations of forming the fund and the conditions of payouts from the compensation fund are detailed in the current Regulations of the compensation fund. The existence of the present fund guarantees the safety of the financial means of the customers working with companies that have obtained the certificate of compliance.

You can send an application for dispute examination by the IFMRRC Board through our website. To send a claim you need to fill out an online form. All applications for dispute examination are accepted in accordance with the Procedural Rules of Claims Consideration.
